Privacy Policy

The Website Administrator ensures the protection of Users personal data provided by them in connection with the use of the Sygnisoft Website, including the following data: name and surname, User’s telephone number and data contained in the User’s e-mail address. The Website Administrator uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of Users’ personal data, including measures that prevent third parties from accessing this data, modifying it by third parties or processing it in violation of the law, as well as instruments preventing data loss, damage or destruction. The Website Administrator does not collect sensitive data.

 

COOKIES

1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies, subject to point 9.

2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device. Cookies usually contain the name of the website domain they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique identifier. The Sygnisoft website may place a cookie file in the browser, if the browser allows it. Importantly, the browser allows the website to access only cookies placed by that website. The Sygnisoft website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.  

3. Cookies are collected in order to:

  • adjusting the content of the Sygnisoft Website pages to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the Sygnisoft Website pages,
  • analyzing, improving and developing the Sygnisoft Website, including access to services and other websites and applications from a computer or mobile device,
  • creating anonymous, aggregated statistics that help to understand how Website Users use websites, which allows improving the structure and content of these pages, excluding personal identification of the User.

4. The Sygnisoft Website pages may contain references to other websites that apply their own cookie policies. We recommend that you read each of these policies, because the Website Administrator cannot be responsible for the rules of using cookies on these websites.

5. The following types of cookies are used within the Sygnisoft Website:

  • persistent cookies – cookie files that are stored on the Website User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters (parameters in this regard can be verified via the web browser tools – in this regard, the Website Administrator refers to links to the descriptions of the use of the most popular web browsers in point 10 below) or until they are removed by the Website User,
  • session cookies – are temporary files, stored on the Website User’s end device until they leave the website or turn off the software (web browser),
  • third party cookies – files from e.g. servers of companies and service providers cooperating with the Website Administrator. These files allow you to adjust the content to the preferences and habits of their users, measure and analyze the traffic on the Website pages, as well as measure the effectiveness of the content posted there. These files are subject to their own privacy policy of external entities, which may differ from the standard rules of the cookie policy applied by the Website Administrator.

6. By making a division other than the one presented in point 5, the Website Administrator indicates that the Website uses the following cookies separated due to interference with the User’s privacy:

  • “Necessary” cookies, enabling the proper functioning of the website or functionalities used by the User,
  • “Functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User’s interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, the appearance of the Sygnisoft Website website, etc.,
  • “Advertising” cookies – enabling the provision of advertising content to Users more tailored to their preferences and interests, visits to websites, also through remarketing activities using the so-called third party cookies placed via our current website by advertising providers. They can be used to create User profiles, present more relevant or corresponding to the profile ads on other websites, prevent the same ad from reappearing, and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. These files can store information about the fact that a website has been visited from a specific device and also pass this type of data to advertising partners. Failure to consent to these cookies does not prevent the use of the website. If the user does not accept these cookies, he may still receive advertising, but less tailored to his preferences or interests,
  • “Analytical” / “performance” cookies – enabling the collection of information about how websites are used, to help us understand how websites are used or to help us customize websites; These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources on the site, so we can measure and improve its performance. Thanks to them, we can find out which pages are the most and least popular and understand how visitors navigate our site. All data collected by these cookies is aggregated and therefore remains anonymous. If you do not consent (i.e. change your consent by default) to the use of these cookies, we will not know when you visited the site, nor will we be able to monitor its performance. Without these cookies, some features may not be available.

8. When the User gains access to the network via mobile devices that work similarly to computers, e.g. smartphones that support full versions of browsers, the Sygnisoft Website uses cookies in a similar way as in the case of using a computer.

9. The condition for cookies to work is their acceptance in the browser and not deleting them. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites by default allows cookies to be stored on the end device of the Sygnisoft Website User. Sygnisoft Website Users may change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or inform about their every posting on the device of the Sygnisoft Website User. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the settings of the appropriate web browser. The Website Administrator informs that restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Sygnisoft Website.

11. The Website Administrator informs that restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website’s pages.

12. During visits to the Website pages, cookies may be collected and stored as part of the Google Analytics tool (files named: _gat, _ga, _gid) as well as Facebook and Linkedin tools. Google Analytics allows you to measure and analyze traffic on the Website pages, as well as measure the effectiveness of the content posted there. Thanks to the statistics obtained in this way, the Website Administrator can improve the Website pages and make them more interesting for Users. Facebook and Linkedin enable the display of advertising content based on the behavior of Website Users. Information obtained by Google, Facebook and Linkedin through a cookie on how the User uses the website may be transferred to the USA and saved there, however, these are entities that ensure compliance with all European Union standards in the field of personal data protection and the use of cookies. You can prevent the collection of data obtained by the cookie and relating to the User’s use of the website (including the IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in by the User, available at the following link :  https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. 13.  In the event of a change in the current policy, appropriate modifications will be made to the above provisions.

Why do we need your personal data and what are the legal grounds for their processing?

Our processing of your personal data takes place for the purposes indicated below:

  • Preparation of the offer and project valuation in response to your inquiry, which is called processing necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest (pursuant to Art. 6 (1) f of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (“GDPR “),
  • Contact you if you ask us what is called processing necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest (pursuant to Art.6 (1) f GDPR).

Is the provision of data voluntary?

Yes, your provision of personal data such as: name, surname, e-mail address and other data, with the exception of those referred to in art. 9 sec. 1 GDPR, i.e. covering: racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership and genetic data, biometric data to uniquely identify a natural person or data on health, sexuality or sexual orientation of this person is voluntary, however, to the extent that we need your data for the purposes indicated above, it is necessary. Without access to your personal data, it would be impossible to perform the activities for which we collect your personal data, which are specified in the description of the purpose for which we collect your personal data.

To the extent that we process your personal data because it is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest (the basis indicated above), you can object to this in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR at any time by contacting us in the manner described in the section “How to contact us ”above.

Who can we share your data with?

We will make every effort to process your personal data only on our own. In accordance with applicable law, we may transfer your data to entities processing it on our behalf, e.g. authorized employees, associates and other employed persons, entities providing accounting and legal services for us, as well as other subcontractors and entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities – of course only if they make a request based on an appropriate legal basis.

How long will we process your data?

We will process your personal data for the time necessary, bearing in mind the above. the purposes for which this data was collected. In the case of data processing for the purposes of preparing an offer and project valuation, until the offer is valid. However, in the case of data processing for the purposes of contacting you, we will process your personal data until the issues in which you contact us are clarified with you. You can object to our contact at any time by informing us about it in the manner described in the “How to contact us” section above.

What are your permissions?

The Website Administrator respects your rights relating to the personal data provided, namely:

  • the right to access your personal data,
  • the right to rectify and delete your personal data (“the right to be forgotten”),
  • the right to limit the scope of processing your personal data,
  • the right to object to the processing of your personal data (when the processing of personal data takes place under a legitimate interest),
  • the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, but the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
  • the right to transfer data, i.e. to receive your personal data from the administrator, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can send this data to another data controller.
