About the project

The system was developed based on an open-source solution in accordance with the Client’s business requirements.

The solution provides flexibility in content management, scalability, security, and ease of future development.

The work included analyzing and designing functionalities, creating a graphic design aligned with the NBP visual identity, and implementing a range of customized solutions and modules tailored to the institution’s specific needs.

Our approach

Analysis and concept

We began by understanding the organization’s needs. Together with the Client’s team, we defined the goals, content structure, and key functionalities of the Intranet system.

Design and Implementation

Based on the agreed concept, we developed a new information architecture, UX wireframes, and a graphic design. We then implemented the WordPress system with dedicated functional modules and integrations.

Content migration

One of the key and most challenging stages was migrating content from the previous SharePoint 2013 Intranet system, carried out while preserving data integrity and information structure.

Testing and launch

After completing functional and security tests, we deployed the Intranet in the target Kubernetes environment, providing full post-deployment support.
