About the Project

Our cooperation includes the design, development, support, and maintenance of brand websites and dedicated platforms for advertising campaigns, lotteries, and promotional contests.

Our goal is to enable efficient campaign management and support PepsiCo’s international marketing activities through modern and reliable digital solutions.

 

The partnership between Sygnisoft and PepsiCo is an example of an effective, collaborative approach to technology in marketing. Love It or Lose It – Valentine’s Campaign

The “Love It or Lose It” project was an interactive Valentine’s campaign where passersby could publish personalized messages displayed in real time on a large LED screen integrated with a city mural. The mechanic was simple and intuitive – users scanned a QR code, completed a short mobile form, and their message appeared almost instantly on a 31 m²+ screen in the city center. The solution was designed to maximize UGC engagement, create emotional impact, and generate organic reach on social media. The system architecture included separate domains for the form and display, asynchronous queuing, IP limits, and reCAPTCHA protection, ensuring stability under high, viral traffic. The campaign achieved hundreds of messages per day, high memorability, and a strong “wow” effect with a relatively low OOH media budget.

Pepsi Space

Pepsi Space is an international project for PepsiCo targeting Generation Z, implemented across Central and Eastern European markets. For this project, we designed and deployed a dedicated web application and an advanced admin panel enabling moderation, evaluation, and selection of submissions from young creators. The platform offered an immersive experience with dynamic animations, a mosaic gallery of entries, and an intuitive upload flow for various formats (video, graphics, text, audio). The system complied with local legal requirements, handled consent management, age verification, and automated email notifications based on submission status. After the submission stage, the platform transformed into a gallery showcasing selected works, building long-term brand value for the project.

Taste the Summer

For PepsiCo’s “Smakuj Lato po swojemu z Pepsi” campaign, we developed a modern contest platform supporting photo and video submissions, moderation, and prize allocation. Users uploaded original content (photos or videos up to 25 seconds), marked locations on a map, and described their way of “tasting summer,” creating an interactive inspiration map. The system included SMS verification (OTP), reCAPTCHA, daily submission limits, and detailed file validation for quality and compliance. The backend was designed for security, IP control, and full audit trails for each entry. The result was a scalable, secure platform allowing repeated participation while maintaining transparent rules and high moderation standards.

Games as Part of a Contest Platform (Pepsi x Żabka)

In cooperation with PepsiCo and Żabka Polska, we created a 2D arcade game embedded in the contest platform, available via iframe and integrated with the JOY system. The gameplay relied on precision and reflexes – users controlled a box, collecting falling items and scoring points over three 90-second rounds. The system recorded detailed gameplay data (round start/end times, partial scores, total points) and sent results to JOY only after full game completion. Advanced backend protections detected manipulation attempts and prevented unauthorized score modifications. The project combined the simplicity of a classic arcade game with strict performance and security requirements, supporting thousands of entries daily.

Brand and Contest Websites

As part of a long-term partnership with PepsiCo, we develop brand and contest websites for brands like Lay’s, Pepsi, Cheetos, and Doritos across European markets. Projects are implemented in Drupal, following global corporate standards and strict security guidelines. Each deployment undergoes multi-stage testing, including audits conducted by external security teams in the USA. We are responsible for development, post-launch support, maintenance, and regular updates. This ensures delivery of stable, scalable, and fully compliant marketing and contest platforms.
