Your Responsibilities
- You will co-create marketing communication for our clients, including:
- managing and developing profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok,
- creating engaging, visually appealing, and consistent content (posts, reels, TikToks, shorts, articles),
- supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of digital campaigns (including their technical setup and ongoing optimization),
- identifying trends and translating them into actions aligned with the brand’s strategy,
- managing publication schedules, budgets, and ensuring effective execution of activities,
- co-creating and managing newsletters,
- analyzing campaign results and drawing conclusions and recommendations,
- preparing campaign performance reports.

- can create dynamic, high-quality content,
- is independent and well-organized – able to plan, set priorities, and deliver projects,
- is creative, has their own ideas and enthusiasm to implement them, while also being able to work within the team’s strategy,
- has a good sense of aesthetics and understands how to build a consistent brand image,
- follows current digital trends and can assess which ones are worth implementing,
- is not afraid to propose bold solutions.
Requirements
- very good work organization and attention to detail,
- knowledge of MS Office,
- English proficiency at minimum B1/B2 level,
- knowledge of tools such as Figma, Canva, InShot, or Affinity will be an additional advantage,
- basic knowledge of configuration and operation of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads will be a strong advantage,
- education or courses in marketing, communication, or related fields are welcome.
After successfully completing the probation period, we offer the possibility of full-time employment under an employment contract (UoP).
